about Ash Palms

Ash Palms consists of 10 fully furnished apartments capable of casual or permanent tenancy. Five apartments have automatic washing machines and driers. There is a laundry [see plan] that has 3 large automatic washing machines and a drier for client use as well. The swimming pool is for guests only and glass bottles or alcohol is not permitted in the pool area. The pool is open during daylight hours only as there is no provision for lights suitable for night swimming. There are wheelie bins in the front of the complex [2 areas] for use by clients. The office area is available for printing, faxing and copying. Telephones are provided in each room and can be used to call out as well as inter room. Note the phones are monitored by our call detail recorder and all calls must be paid for on a weekly basis.

RATE INFORMATION

The nightly rate at Ash Palms varies from $185 per night for short term leasehold to $195 for casual and overnight clients. Leaseholds are available wih rates adjusted to the requirements of the client.

Our casual rate includes all charges except telephone usage. In the event of cancellations there is a 72 hour policy whereby a charge equal to 1 nights accommodation is applied [if the booking is cancelled within the 72 hours period]. If a booking is not cancelled and the client does not show the whole booking fee is applied.

All credit and EFTPOS cards are welcome at Ash Palms and must be provided at the time of the reservation. The card is not debited until you are comfortably housed at Ash Palms.

Ash Palms apartments are up to 3 times larger than most motel rooms. They are over 70 m2 and contain elements such as full sized fridges, kitchens and lounges that are not provided in casual motel accommodation. Whatever you do don't miss out on just seeing inside one of our units. One client likened the apartments to the "Tardis"; "when I opened the door there was an incredible feeling of open space. They are huge apartments".
